| 摘 要： | 作者报告脑室－腹腔分流术（ＶＰＳ）治疗非肿瘤性成人脑积水术后出现并发症１６例，其中并发分流管阻塞９例，感染４例，慢性硬膜下血肿２例，脑室管脱出１例。本组病例占同期脑室一腹腔分流术的２３．５％（１６／６８）。作者认为术后产生的并发症，除了病员身体状况和疾病性质外，也有医源性人为因素，对这些因素加以分析讨论，并充分认识，某些并发症也许可得到预防和避免。

| Abstract: | Retyospective analyses were done in 16 cases of nontumor hydrocephalus in adults with complications afterventyieulo-peritoneal shunts(VPS) .These compications occurred in 23.5%,among 68 patients treatad by VPS.There were 9 cases of shunt block, 4 cases of infection, 2 cases of chronic subdural hematoma,1 case of shuntescape. It is concluded that iatrogenesis may play an important role in causing complications apart from thepatientcondition and diseases. If these factors were considered carefully before and during operation, it waspossible to prevent these complication. |
