| 摘 要： | 摘除乳猪颌下腺，提取并纯化表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ），经活性鉴定后，对６５例长期不愈的鼓膜穿孔患者，在鼓膜穿孔修补术中局部应用。经临床观察，鼓膜穿孔愈合率为９０．９％，愈合时间平均为９天。病人无痛苦，无耳毒性及其它不良反应。表明局部应用ＥＧＦ具有促进鼓膜穿孔愈合的作用。

| Abstract: | cases of chronic tympanie membrane cyMjperforation were treated with sucking-pig epidermal growthfractor (EGFl in myringopladty- According to the clinical observation, the healing rate of TM perforation was 90.9%. the average time after myringoplasty was 9 days. The patients were not pain, oto toxic and other side effect.This result show that ECG could improve the healing of TM perforation and this method is worth spreading |
