高血压病患者血浆内皮素—1,一氧化氮水平与血压的关系

本研究测定了５３例中老年高血压病患者和２２例正常对照者血浆ＥＴ—１、ＮＯ的变化，并探讨其与偶测血压和动态血压的关系。高血压病患者血浆ＥＴ—１显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而ＮＯ显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；二期患者血浆ＥＴ—１明显高于一期患者，而ＮＯ显著低于一期患者；中重度患者血浆ＥＴ—１与轻度患者无统计学意义，而ＮＯ显著低于轻度患者。高血压病患者血浆ＥＴ—１与偶测血压无明显相关性，但与动态血压参数呈显著正相关；而ＮＯ与偶测血压和动态血压参数呈显著负相关。提示高血压病患者存在内皮功能异常；二者异常与高血压病靶器官损害及高血压程度有密切关系。

Plasma levels of nitric oxide and endothelin-1 and their correlations with blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension

Plasma levels of endothelin - 1(ET- 1) and nitric oxide(NO)were studied in 53 essential hypertensive patientsand 22 healthy controls. Besides, the relationships between plasma levels of ET-1, NO and blood pressurevalues were also analysed. Compared with healthy controls, plasma levels of ET-1 were markedly increasedwhile NO plasma levels obviously decreased(P<0.01).Casual blood pressure values significantly correlated withplasma levels of NO, but not with plasma levels of ET-1. Both ET-1 and NO had fine correlations withambulatory blood pressure paramaters.NO and ET-1 play important roles in initiation and progression ofessential hypertension.
