高血压病患者血浆内皮素—1,一氧化氮水平与血压的关系

摘    要:本研究测定了53例中老年高血压病患者和22例正常对照者血浆ET—1、NO的变化,并探讨其与偶测血压和动态血压的关系。高血压病患者血浆ET—1显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而NO显著低于对照组(P<0.01);二期患者血浆ET—1明显高于一期患者,而NO显著低于一期患者;中重度患者血浆ET—1与轻度患者无统计学意义,而NO显著低于轻度患者。高血压病患者血浆ET—1与偶测血压无明显相关性,但与动态血压参数呈显著正相关;而NO与偶测血压和动态血压参数呈显著负相关。提示高血压病患者存在内皮功能异常;二者异常与高血压病靶器官损害及高血压程度有密切关系。

Abstract:Plasma levels of endothelin - 1(ET- 1) and nitric oxide(NO)were studied in 53 essential hypertensive patientsand 22 healthy controls. Besides, the relationships between plasma levels of ET-1, NO and blood pressurevalues were also analysed. Compared with healthy controls, plasma levels of ET-1 were markedly increasedwhile NO plasma levels obviously decreased(P<0.01).Casual blood pressure values significantly correlated withplasma levels of NO, but not with plasma levels of ET-1. Both ET-1 and NO had fine correlations withambulatory blood pressure paramaters.NO and ET-1 play important roles in initiation and progression ofessential hypertension.
