经膝部大隐静脉静脉造影评价下肢静脉瓣膜功能

评估经膝部大隐静脉造影评价下肢静脉瓣膜功能的临床价值。６８例患有慢性静脉功能不全的７４侧肢体接受经膝部大隐静脉造影术检查，并行下肢静脉顺行造影作对照研究。除２例造影证实系深静脉血栓形成再通外，６６例７２侧肢体造影结果分为：０级８侧（１１．１的），１级２６侧（６３．１％），２级１８侧（占２５．０％），３级１１侧（１５．３％），４级９侧（占１２．５％）。其中，０级和１级假阴性５侧（占１４．７％），２级假阳性７侧（３８．９％），３级和４级评定结果一致。经膝部大隐静脉静脉造影术是一种安全、有效和准确地评价下肢静脉瓣膜功能的新的造影方法。

The evaluation of lower extremity venous valvular function with trans-saphenous venography

To assess the clinical value of trans- saphenous venography (TSV) in the evaluation of venous valvularfunction of lower extremities. 74 legs of 68 patients with chronic venous insufficiency were examined by TSV andcompared with ascending phlebography (APG). 2 patients showed deep venous thrombosis, and of the other 72legs of 66 patients, 8(11.1 %),26(36.1 %),18(25.0%),11(15.3%) and 9(12.5 %) legs demonstrated grade 0,grade 1, grade2,grade 3 and grade 4 changes respectively. There were 5(14.7%) false - negative vesults in grade O and I (38.9%)in grade 2,there was no difference in grade 3 and 4 as compared with that byTSV. TSV proved to be aneffective,accnrate,safe and new method to eveluate venous valvular function of low extremities.
