| 摘 要： | 为评价高分辨ＣＴ在支气管扩张中的价值，本文对５６例疑为支气管扩张患者作Ｘ线、ＣＴ、高分辨ＣＴ检查。Ｘ线检查的阳性率和确诊率分别为６９．６％和１９．６％，ＣＴ检查的阳性率和确诊率分别为９２．６％、８１．５％，而ＨＲＣＴ的阳性率和确诊率均为１００％。提示ＨＲＣＴ有高的敏感性和特异性，具有与支气管造影同等重要的价值。

| Abstract: | To evaluate high-resolution thin-section CT(HRCT) scanning in diagnosis for bronchodialatation, 56 cases ofsuspcted bronchodialatation were examined by X-ray computer-aided tomography (CT) and HRCT. The positiverate and confirmed diagnosis rate of X-ray were 69.6(39/56)(11/56)respectively, and 92.6%(25/27),81.5(22/27)respectively for CT. The positive rate and confirmed diagnosis rate HRCT were 100% respectively as compared with X-ray and CT. This study indicated that HRCT have a highsensitivity and specificity, with an equivalent value as bronchorgraphy. |
