血清人类软骨糖蛋白39作为早期类风湿性关节炎临床标志物的可行性

目的通过对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中人类软骨糖蛋白39(HCgp-39)水平的检测,研究其与RA疾病活动的相关性及早期诊断意义。方法采集84例RA患者和40例健康人血清标本,采用ELISA方法检测2组血清中HCgp-39含量、免疫速率散射比浊法测类风湿因子(RF)C反应蛋白含量,并进行比较分析。结果 RA患者血清HCgp-39水平明显高于其他非RA患者和健康人,且与血沉、C反应蛋白,IgM型类风湿因子水平等活动性指标高度相关。结论 HCgp-39水平与RA疾病活动性相关,监测其浓度变化有助于发现骨关节破坏和疾病的早期诊断。

Feasibility of Serum Human Cartilage Glycoprotein 39 as Clinical Marker of Early Rheumatoid Arthritis

[ Objective] To measure human cartilage glycoprotein （ HCgp-39 ） level in serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis （ RA）, and study the relationship between HCgp-39 and the activity of RA , as well as early diagnosis. [ Methods] Serum samples of 84 RA patients and 40 health people were collected and measured for HCgp-39 level and rheumatoid factor （ RF ） C reactive protein level by ELISA method and the rate scatting immunity method, respectively. The results were comparatively analyzed. [ Results ] HCgp-39 level of RA patients were significantly higher than that of non-RA patients and health people, and highly related with activity indexes of ESR, C reactive protein, IgM rheumatoid factor level. [ Conclusion] HCgp - 39 levels correlates with RA activity. The surveillance of the change of its concentration can help to identify bone and joint destruction and early diagnosis
