小肠肿瘤37例诊疗体会

目的：探讨小肠肿瘤临床特点、诊断与治疗方法.方法：回顾性分析37例小肠肿瘤的临床资料、病理特点及诊断方法.结果：原发性小肠肿瘤的主要临床表现为腹痛、消化道出血、贫血、腹部包块、黄疸、消瘦、肠梗阻等.病理检查结果恶性肿瘤占26例,以腺癌、平滑肌肉瘤、恶性淋巴瘤为主.良性肿瘤11例,以平滑肌瘤、血管瘤、腺瘤为主.术前确诊率仅为24.32％ （9/37）.结论：小肠肿瘤恶性程度高,临床表现缺乏特异性,检查手段相对不足,诊断上有一定的困难,临床医生应提高对小肠肿瘤的认识.

Experiences in diagnosis and treat on small intestinal tumor in adult

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of small intestinal tumor （PSIT）.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the clinical and pathological data and methods of the treatment of the 37 PSIT cases was made.Results：The main symptoms of PSIT were abdominal pain,haemorrage of digestive,anemia,mass of abdominal,jaundice,becoming thin and obstruction of ileums.Malignancy tumors including adenocarcinoma,lymphoma and leiomyosacroma were common in pathologic diagnosis （26 cases）.In 11 benign tumors,leiomyomas,angioma and ademona were common.Only 24.32％ （9/37） cases were diagnosed before the operation.Conclusion：The clinician should pay much attention to PSIT for the high malignancy,non-special in clinical,short of the diagnosis methods and very difficult in diagnosis of PSIT.
