| 摘 要： | 胰腺癌（Pancreatic cancer,PC）恶性度高,肿瘤生长迅速,是癌症死亡常见病因之一,在欧美国家排名第4位,我国排名第9位.尽管目前在诊断方面有所进展,但80％以上患者确诊时已为不可切除的局部晚期或转移患者,所以在治疗上必须接受多学科综合治疗,如化疗、放疗、靶向治疗等.本文就目前各学科治疗进展进行综述,以期为不可切除晚期PC的临床综合治疗提供参考和依据.

| Abstract: | Pancreatic cancer （PC） with high malignancy and rapid growth is the fourth leading cause of cancer related mortality in European and American Countries and the ninth in China.Despite improvements in diagnostic modalities,more than 80％ of cases are still detected in nonresectable locally advanced or metastatic stages.A multidisciplinary approach to this disease is therefore recommended,such as chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted therapy.This paper will summarize current treatment progress to provide basis and reference for clinical comprehensive treatment of nonresectable advanced PC. |
