针刺疗法对偏瘫上肢肌痉挛正中神经F波波幅及疗效的影响

目的探讨针刺抗痉挛技术对脑卒中后上肢屈肌痉挛的作用机制及疗效。方法经临床确诊的63例偏瘫患者,患侧上肢屈肌张力Ashworth评级均在1~3级之间。63例患者随机分为试验组32例,对照组31例。试验组采用针刺疗法,1日1次,疗程3个月;对照组采用单纯Bobath疗法。两组治疗前后分别进行比较,评估方法采用Ashworth评分法、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价法和F波波幅变化。结果两组患者治疗前后试验组显效率（31.25%）高于对照组（12.9%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;FMA评分两组上肢评分均较治疗前增加,试验组评分增加高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;F波参数明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论针刺疗法治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛简便、有效、无副作用,值得临床推广。
