无创双水平正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭15例疗效观察

目的 对经鼻面罩双水平正压通气在急性心源性肺水肿的临床疗效进行观察。方法15例均为危重急性左心衰竭发作，在常规治疗基础上，加用无创机械通气治疗，观察病情好转率。结果 应用无创机械通气治疗的患者，病情好转11例(70％)，2例死亡，气管插管2例。结论 经鼻面罩双水平正压通气治疗重度急性左心衰竭疗效显著。

Clinical observation of the effects of using non-invasive bi-level mechanical ventilation in the treatment of 13 cases of acute left-heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical effects of using intranasal mask positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute cardiac pulmonary edema.Methods A total of 15 cases of acute left-heart failure participated in the study. All patients were treated using non-invasive positive pressure ventilation. Results Using non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, 11 cases (70%) had improvement, 2 were dead, and 2 were depending on trachal tube insertion.Conclusion Using intranasal mask bi-level positive pressure ventilation had apparent clinical effects on severe acute left heart failure patients.
