非小细胞肺癌组织中cFLIP和P53蛋白的表达

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中cFLIP、P53蛋白的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测56例NSCLC组织和16例肺良性病变中cFLIP、P53蛋白表达情况，分析二者在肺癌组织学分型、分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移方面表达差异及其相关性。结果56例NSCLC标本中cFLIP和P53阳性表达率分别是58．9％（33／56）、62．5％（35／56），肺良性病变组织标本中阳性率分剐是18．75％（3／16）和0％。cFLIP和P53在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移组中的表达分别低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期和淋巴结转移组，而在病理组织学分型和不同分化组间无统计学意义。cFLIP和P53在肺癌组织中的表达呈正相关（r=0．328，P〈0．05）。结论cFLIP和P53可以作为肺癌预后的评价指标，P53对cFLIP的表达可能有调控作用。

Expression of cFLIP and P53 in non-small cell lung carcinoma tissue

Objective] To study the expression and its biological significance of cFLIP and P53 proteins in non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC) tissues. Methods] The expression of cFLIP and P53 proteins was detected in 56 cases of NSCLC tissues and 16 cases of benign pulmonary disease tissues using immunohistochemistry. Results] The positive rate of cFLIP and P53 in lung carcinoma tissues was 58.9% and 62.5%, which was 18.75% and 0% in benign pulmonary disease tissues. The expression level of cFLIP and P53 were closely related to TNM stages and lymph node involvement, but not to histological classification and cell differentiation. There was positive correlation between the expression of cFLIP and P53 in NSCLC tissues (r =0.328, P <0.05). Conclusion] cFLIP and P53 can be used as the evaluating norm for the prognosis of NSCLC. They may have possible implications for the progression of NSCLC.
