摘    要:本文探讨了酚类化合物在水体中的降解作用及微生物、pH值和溶解氧等因素对降解作用的影响。结果表明:酚在水体中的降解主要是依赖于微生物存在的生物化学降解,其最适宜pH范围为6~9,并不受溶解氧含量的影响,预先用酚类化合物驯化微生物可加速其降解。

Abstract:The degradation of phenols inwater and the effects of microbiolism, pHand dissolved oxygen (DO) on the degra-dation were investigated. The resultsshowed that the degradation of phenols inwater was mainly that of biochemistry,which depends on the existence of micro-biolism. The most suitable pH for the de-gradation was 6 to 9, and no effects of DOon it were found. The accustomization ofmicrobiolism with phenols would acce-lerate the degradation.
