应用B型超声诊断卵巢肿瘤的研究

对４０６例卵巢肿瘤的Ｂ型超声图像与病理标本作一回顾性对照分析。按照病理类型将卵巢肿瘤分为五组，寻找出每组的声像图特点及其良、恶性质。结果证实：此卵巢肿瘤超声分类方法的诊断符合率可达９０．９％。并且这种分类法为诊断种类复杂的卵巢肿瘤，提供一个简明的方法，以提高诊断符合率。对五个组超声图像的特点进行了讨论。

Study on diagnosis of ovarian tumors bysonography

retrospective study was carried out in 406 casesto analyse ultrasound feature of ovarian tumor andcompared with pathological specimen. The aim is tosuggest a new classification of ovarian tumors inultrasonography. According to the pathological re-ports the ovarian tumors were divided into fivegroups, and found out the ultrasonographic characte-ristic feature of benign or malignant. The resultsshowed that: the new classification of ovarian tumorhas a better method. The diagnostic accurate rate is90.9% . In addition, we discribed the characteristic fea-ture of five groups of ovarian tumors by sonographyand discussed the role in early diagnosis of malignantovatian tumors and improvement five year survivalrate.
