早产儿非营养性吸吮对胃肠道功能的影响

目的：研究非营养性吸吮对早产儿胃肠道发育的影响。方法：100例早产儿随机分为实验组（50例）和对照组（50例），实验组在常规治疗的基础上给予非营养性吸吮训练。结果：两组比较，体重增长率、吸吮前肠鸣音、喂养不耐受情况发生率及胎粪排尽时间等指标均有统计学差异。结论：非营养性吸吮可明显加快胃肠蠕动，加速胃肠道排空，促进早产儿吸吮反射的建立，减少喂养不耐受等并发症的发生，改善早产儿营养状态，加快早产儿生长发育。

The effect of non - nutritional suck on gastrointestinal function of premature infant

Objective: To study the effect of non-nutritional suck on intestinal tract development of premature infant. Methods: To divide 100 premature into two groups (test group 100, control group 100) at random. Test group were given non-nutritional suck on the basis of routine therapy. Results: There is difference in statistics between the two groups comparing increase of weight, peristalsis, intolerance and the time to evacuation of meconium. Conclusion: Non-nutritional suck can remarkably speed gastrointestinal peristalsis and evacuation so as to improve sucking reflex of premature and reduce feeding intolerance.
