剖腹产手术预防性应用抗生素的对照分析

目的 探讨剖腹产手术预防性应用抗生素规范化方案的临床效果及医疗费用合理支出的可行性。方法 采用术中预防性应用抗生素（A组）和术后连续应用抗生素（B组）级药时间（3－5天）的方法进行临床疗效和经济学分析评价。结果 使用抗生素时间的延长并不能降低术后伤口感染发生，A组方案不影响伤口愈合，反而减少住院天数和医疗费用的支出。结论 剖腹产手术术中预防性应用抗生素具有显著的临床意义，方法科学，效果显著，实用性及可操作性强。

Contrast analysis on the preventative applying of antibiotics during caesarean operation

Objective To study the clinical effect and feasibility of rational medical expenditure by preventative applying of antibiotics during caesarean operation. Method two group were selected, in group A, the antibiotics was used preventatively during operation, and in group B, the antibiotics was used continuously after operation for three to five days, the clinical effectiveness and economic evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results Prolonged use of antibiotics can not reduce the occurrence of wound infection after operation, treatment procedure in Group A will not effect the recovery of wound, and will reduce the days of hospitalization and medical coat. Conclusion There is remarkably implication for preventative applying of antibiotics during caesarean operation, it's reasonable scientifically, practical and strong operability.
