| 摘 要： | 目的观察当归补血汤对高尿酸血症大鼠肾组织中内皮素（ET）、一氧化氮（NO）、一氧化氮合酶（NOS）及组织型纤溶酶原激活抑制物（PAI-1）水平的影响。方法将50只大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组及治疗A、B、C组，模型组给予高尿酸饮食，对照组给予普通饮食，治疗组给予高尿酸饮食的同时分别给予低、中、高剂量参芍胶囊治疗，14d后分别测定各组大鼠肾组织中ET、NO、NOS和PAI-1的含量。结果与对照组比较，模型组肾组织NO和NOS降低，ET及PAI-1升高（P〈0．05）。与模型组比较，治疗组血浆NO和NOS升高，ET、PAI-1降低，其中巾剂量组与模型组相比有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论当归补血汤可以通过升高肾组织中NO、NOS及降低ET及PAI-1水平，从而改善高尿酸血症造成的肾损害。
