摘    要:目的 研究人类端粒酶催化亚单位 (h TERT)基因的反义寡核苷酸对卵巢癌细胞的影响 .方法 采用 TRAP-EL ISA检测 8910卵巢癌细胞在反义核酸处理前后端粒酶活性的变化 .结果  h TERT基义反义核酸能有效抑制 8910细胞端粒酶活性 .结论  h TERT基因反义核酸能显著抑制肿瘤细胞的端粒酶活性 ,为恶性肿瘤治疗提供了一条新的有效的途径

Abstract:AIM To study the inhibitory effect of human telomerase activity by an antisense oligonucleotide against human telomerase catalytic subunit mRNA (hTERT mRNA) in ovarian cancer cells in vitro . METHODS Telomerase activity of cultured ovarian cancer cells (8910 cells) with antisense treatment was measured by using the TRAP ELISA assay. RESULTS The antisense treatment could effectively inhibit the telomerase activity of 8910 cells. CONCLUSION Antisense oligonucleotide against hTERT mRNA can effectively inhibit the telomerase activity of tumor cells and is an effective and novel approach for the treatment of malignant cancers.
