| 摘 要： | 无精子症是导致男性不育的常见原因,引起无精子症病因较多,有睾丸前因素、睾丸因素及睾丸后因素。大部分无精子症病因仍未明确,现就无精子症的病因学研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Azoospermia is one of important factors causing male infertility.The etiology of azoospermia include pretestis factor,testis factor and posttestis factor.The etiology of most of azoospermia is unknow.The further discuss of the etiology of azoospermia is helpful for guiding clinical treatment. |
