| 摘 要： | 本文应用卡托普利(Captopril,SQ14225)治疗高血压病短疗程组36例和长疗程组30例,总有效率分别为86.11％和76.67％,两组疗效无明显差异,而且长疗程组每日有效剂量显著低于短疗程组。两组治疗前后心率、血糖、血胆固醇、血尿酸、血肌酐、肝功能及血尿常规等检查均无明显变化。

| Abstract: | The long-term and short-term effects of captopril were compared in 66 patients with essential hypertension. The long-term group with 30 patients was treated for 4 weeks and the short-term group with 36 patients was treated for 12 to 36 months. The long-term and short-term groups had similar effects on the blood pressure and total response rates were 76. 67% and 86. 11%respectively. The effective daily doses of the long-term group were significantly lower than those of the short-term group. No serious side effects were observed and all the patients were well tolerated. Thus, captopril is one of the first-stage antihypertensive drugs for patients with essential hypertension during long-term. |
