石榴籽提取物体外抗氧化活性研究

目的研究石榴籽提取物的体外抗氧化作用。方法采用普鲁士蓝法、邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法和邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测定石榴籽提取物的总抗氧化能力、石榴籽提取物对羟自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子(.O2-)的清除作用,并与维生素C抗氧化活性相比较。结果石榴籽提取物对.OH和.O2-具有很强的清除作用,其IC50分别为0.157和0.027mg/ml,与维生素C抗氧化作用相似。结论石榴籽提取物具有较强的清除自由基能力,是一种天然有效的抗氧化剂。

Study on Vitro Antioxidant Capacity of Extracts from Pomegranate Seed

Objective To study the vitro antioxidant capacity of extracts from pomegranate seed. Methods Prussian blue method,O-phenanthroline-Fe2＋ oxidation method,pyrogallol autoxidation method were used to evaluate the total antioxidant capacity of the extracts from pomegranate seed and to remove hydroxyl radical （·OH） and superoxide anion （·O2-） of the extracts from pomegranate seed,and then comparison of antioxidation activities was performed between the extracts from pomegranate seed and vitamin C. Results The extract from pomegranate seed owned a strong ability of scavenging hydroxyl radical （·OH） and superoxide anion （·O2-）,followed with IC50= 0.157 mg/ml and IC50=0.027 mg/ml,which was similar to that of vitamin C. Conclusion The extract from pomegranate seed owns a strong ability of scavenging free radical,and it is a natural and effective anti-oxidant.
