微血管生成与原发性十二指肠癌病理生物学关系的研究

目的 研究微血管密度（MVD）与原发性十二指肠癌的病理生理学行为的关系。方法 35例手术后病理证实的原发性十二指肠癌，应用免疫组化S-P法研究所选标本的MVD值。结果 MVD与十二指肠癌组织分化有关，有分化癌肿MVD值低于中低分化癌肿的MVD值，二者有显著性差异；MVD与十二指肠癌的淋巴和血行转移有关，低MVD组的肿瘤转移率低于高MVD组；而低MVD组的手术切除率高于MVD组，统计学处理有显著性差异。结论 ①MVD与十二指肠癌的某些病理生物学行为相关。②MVD值对判断十二指肠癌的转移及预后有重要参考价值。

Implication of microvessel density in primary duodenum carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between micro vessel density (MVD) and pathobiological behavior in primary duodenum carcinoma. Methods By using immunohistochemical method, MVD values in the samples from 35 patients with primary duodenum carcinoma postoperatively pathologically confirmed were measured.Results The MVD values were related with the differentiation of duodenum carcinoma. MVD value in high differentiated duodenum carcinoma was lower than that in moderate or poor differentiated carcinoma. The resectable rate in the group with low MVD value was higher than in the group with high MVD value, with the difference being significant.Conclusion MVD was related with some pathobiological behavior of duodenum carcinoma. MVD values had an important reference to metastasis and prognosis of duodenum carcinoma.
