女性冠心病患者脂蛋白（a）检测的临床意义

目的：探讨女性血清脂蛋白（ａ）「Ｌｐ（ａ）」水平与冠心病之间的关系。方法：３８例女性冠心病患者和３４例正常对照者，按常规方法测Ｌｐ（ａ），和其它血脂指标水平。结果：冠心病组血清ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＬＤＬ－ｃ、Ｌｐ（ａ）等均高于对照组，绝经期后患者Ｌｐ（ａ）明显高于对照组；绝经前后两组间比较Ｌｐ（ａ）水平差别则我统计学意义。结论：Ｌｐ（ａ）水平的升高是女性冠心病患者的危险因素。

Clinical Significance of Lipoprotein(a) in Female Patients with Ooronary Heart Disease

Objective:To elucidate the relationship between lipoprotein(a) [ LP(a)] and cormary heart disease(CHD) in female patients. Methods: 38 CHD patients and 34 normal controls were included. Serum lipid levels were measured according to routine methods. Results: the level of TG,TC, LDI-c, LP(a)in CHD Patient gioup were much higher than those in control group(P< 0. o1 ). There were statistically significant differences in the Lp(a)levels between CHD Patients and controls at postmenopausal status. At Premenopausal status, LP(a)in CHD patients were also higher than those in the controls. LP(a) levels at optmenopausal status were higher than those at Premenopausal status in both the groups. Conclusion: The study confirmed that LP(a)was a determinant of CHD in women.
