原位肝移植术后急性排异反应中医辨证论治体会

本文报告一例人体同种异体原位肝移植术后急性排异反应期应用中医辨证论治的初步体会。采用清热利湿、解毒化浊、疏泄肝胆、通利胆窍的方法治疗,结合免疫抑制剂治疗,使初期排异反应得以有效控制并逆转。继之采用痰瘀同治、疏利肝胆法治疗,达到了消退残留黄疸和恢复肝功能的目的。

Experience on Treatment Based on Differentiation of Syndromes in Acute Rejection Reaction in Orthotopic Transplantation of Liver

The experience on a case of human allogeneic orthotopic transplantation of liver with acute rejection reaction treated with differentiation of syndrome was reported. The principles of clearing heat, eliminatingdampness, detoxification and eliminating filth, soothing and dredging liverand bile, facilitating bile duct. Immune depressing method was also used so that the primary rejection reaction was rapidly brought undercontrol and reversed. Then phlegm and blood stasis were treated at thesame time with facilitating the flowing of bile, so that the remained jaundice can be also cured and liver function recovered.
