芍药甘草汤对有机磷中毒小鼠的解救作用

目的:研究芍药甘草汤对有机磷中毒小鼠的解救作用。方法:观察不同剂量芍药甘草汤(1.5g/kg,2.0 g/kg,2.5g/kg,3.0g/kg)、中毒对照组(无治疗)和阿托品对照对敌百虫中毒小鼠各时间段存活情况的影响及对 胆碱酯酶的复活情况。结果:芍药甘草汤各剂量组能延长各时间段小鼠存活时间,提高存活率,与中毒对照组相比, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与阿托品对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。其对胆碱酯酶无复活作用。结论:芍药 甘草汤对有机磷中毒小鼠有解救作用。

Rescuring effects of the paeonia-glycyrrhiza soup on the mice poisoned by organophosphorus pesticides

Aim: To study the rescuring effects of the paeonia-glycyrrhiza soup on the mice poisoned by organophosphorus pesticides. Methods: The surviving condition and the activity of cholinesterase of the poisoned mice treated by different doses of the paeonia-glycyrrhiza soup(1.5 g/kg, 2.0 g/kg, 2.5 g/kg, 3.0 g/kg) were observed. The poisoned group, and the poisoned group treated with atropine served as control.Results: Compared with those of the poisoned group,the paeonia-glycyrrhiza soup could prolong the survival time and survival rate of poisoned rats (P<0.05);compared with the atropine treatment group ,there were no significant differences.The soup had no effects on cholinesterase activity. Conclusion: The paeonia-glycyrrhiza soup can rescure the mice poisoned by organophosphorus pesticides.
