| 摘 要： | 雌激素降低是绝经后骨质疏松症的主要发病因素,外源性雌激素可以预防绝经后骨丢失,从而预防绝经后骨质疏松症及骨质疏松性骨折。雌激素控制绝经症状也是其他药物不能取代的。但长期应用雌激素的安全性问题应予重视。应用前应权衡利弊,个体化选用。

| Abstract: | Estrogen defficiency is the one of pathogenetic causes of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Exogenous estrogen may prevent postmenopausal bone loss,so to prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis and osteopo-rotic fracture.The effect of estrogen on postmenopausal syndrome can not be substituted with other medicine.However,the attention should be paid to th e safety of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)during its long term use,and HRT should be used individually. |
