摘    要:目的:观察疏血通注射液对急性脑梗塞的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法:选择诊断明确的急性脑梗塞患者203例随机分为两组,治疗组112例(A组),疏血通注射液6ml溶于250ml生理盐水中静滴,2周为1疗程。对照组91例(B组),复方丹参注射液16ml,静滴,每日1次,连用14天,按临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准于治疗前后14天进行疗效评判。结果:治疗组总有效率和显效率与对照组有显著性差别(P<0.01),实验室检查各项指标也有显著性意义。结论:疏血通临床观察疗效满意,且无明显不良反应,治疗急性脑梗塞有效。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and influence on hemodynamics with shuxuetong. Methods : We selected 203 confirmed cases of acute cerebral infarction, The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups: In the control group there were 91 cases who were treated with red sage root injection 16ml, ivgtt, qd X 14d. In the trial group there were 112 cases who were treated with shuxuetong 6ml, ingtt, qd X 14d. We judged the clinical nervous function and defect degree before and after 14d treatment according to the nervous defect standard to analyse the curative effect. Results: There was an apparent difference in general effective rate and significantly effective rate between the trial group and the control group( P < 0.01), in all laboratory indices there was also an apparent significance. Conclusion :The curative effect off shuxuetong is satisfactory without any toxic and side effects. These results suggest that shuxuetong is an effective and safe medicine in the treatment of cute cerebral infarction.
