| 摘 要： | 以人胚肺组织体外培养、流式免疫技术和电镜相结合的方法，对河北省肿瘤高发区粮食中污染的常见霉菌毒素－杂色曲霉素作用后人胚肺成纤维细胞癌基因ｒａｓｐ２１蛋白产物的表达及相应超微结构变化进行了研究。结果表明：在杂色曲霉素作用下人胚肺成纤维细胞癌基因ｒａｓｐ２１的蛋白表达明显增强。电镜观察可见杂色曲霉素处理细胞出现细胞核明显增大、异型、核膜内褶、核仁明显等一系列具有恶性肿瘤细胞特征的超微结构变化。

| Abstract: | Effects of Sterigmatocystin(ST) on ras p21 expression and ultrastructure of human lung fibroblasts in vitro were studied with immunological flow cytometry and electron microscopy. The results showed that ras p21 expression in the ST treated cells was dramatically increased and the ultrastructural features of malignant cells, such as enlarged nuclei with bizzar nuclear membranne folds and predominant nucleoli, could be seen. |
