156例孕妇血清AFP水平研究

目的探讨孕产妇血清AFP水平变化规律，并加以研究，为疾病的预防及治疗提供依据。方法选取2002年9月～2008年12月于我院建档的156例孕妇为研究对象，其均为血清AFP值相对异常者，将其孕周相同时测得的血清AFP水平进行分析研究，并加以比较分析。结果经研究比较发现，血清AFP水平异常孕妇的胎儿异常率较高，〉35岁组患者胎儿异常总发生率为18．0％，其他两组为12．7％和5．8％。血清AFP水平异常增高的孕妇产后出现胎儿异常，其水平与正常妊娠孕妇比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。异常妊娠孕妇婴儿包括双胎、胎儿宫内窘迫、先兆流产、早产及先天愚型胎儿等，且年龄较高的孕妇胎儿发育异常的发生率明显较高。结论孕妇的血清AFP水平较正常人一般为高，但是异常升高的血清AFP会反映出胎儿的异常，孕妇及早的血清AFP检测可为胎儿的疾病预防及治疗提供依据。

Study of Serum AFP Level with Pregnant Women
