CPAP呼吸机固定压力与自调压力在同组OSAS患者治疗中的初步比较

目的：比较两种CPAP呼吸机在治疗过程中压力变化与否对OSAS患者治疗的优缺点。方法：18例被诊断为OSAS并接受CPAP治疗的患者首先接受自调压力呼吸机治疗，并据该结果，按最佳氧饱和度及AHI时的压力水平，接受固定压力呼吸机的治疗。同时，对比评判其AHI，SaO2，心率等的变化。结果：自调压力呼吸机在OASA患者治疗时，其变化的压力对AHI、SaO2、心率均构成影响，从病人生理指标来看，固定压力呼吸机可能对病人治疗更为有利，而自调压力呼吸机应作为医生临床压力滴定所用。

Comparison between CPAP Ventilator and Auto-CPAP in the Treatment of Patients with OSAS

Objective When we use the CPAP ventilator to treat th e patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea syndrome (OSAS),the optimal pressure req uired is usually established in the sleep laboratory by doctor.Recently,there ar e self-adjusting CPAP machines(auto-CPAP) depend on computer controling.This p resent study was designed to evaluate these two kind machines in treatment of va rious pressure.Methods Following this study,18 patients with OSAS w ere first allocated to reseive arto-CPAP treatment under control.And then,accor ding to this treatment result,we select the conventional pressure by the best AH I and SaO 2 for these patients again.We did the observation of their AHI,SaO 2,heart rate and so on.Results When we use auto-CPAP,their AHI, SaO 2,heart rate were changed with various pressure.We suggest that convention al CPAP may be far better than auto-CPAP,and auto-CPAP ventilator is the tool for doctor to titrate the conventional pressure.
