| 摘 要： | 目的观察猪胎盘替代紫河车用于防治老年性痴呆的效果。方法将70只昆明种小鼠分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组、紫河车低剂量组、紫河车高剂量组、猪胎盘低剂量组、猪胎盘高剂量组,每组10只。以D-半乳糖皮下注射法制备老年痴呆动物模型,空白组不给任何药物,模型组以生理盐水代替受试药,阳性对照组灌胃给予脑复康,紫河车低剂量组、高剂量组分别灌胃给予紫河车28g/kg、4g/kg,猪胎盘低剂量组、高剂量组分别灌胃给予猪胎盘4g/kg、8g/kg。给药6周后,分别运用行为学实验避暗法、跳台法,测定两药对小鼠造模后学习记忆的影响,并测定脑中乙酰胆碱酯酶和单胺类神经递质的含量。结果猪胎盘和紫河车抗老年痴呆作用无统计学差异(P0.05),在避暗潜伏期试验中,猪胎盘高剂量组的效果明显好于紫河车高剂量组(P0.01)。两者对单胺类神经递质的影响相近。结论猪胎盘有可能替代紫河车用于防治老年痴呆。 |
