头穴丛刺结合环境刺激对缺氧缺血性脑损伤新生大鼠海马MAP-2和p38表达影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨头穴丛刺结合环境刺激对缺氧缺血性脑损伤新生大鼠海马微管相关蛋白-2和突触素表达的影响。方法:7日龄Wistor大鼠通过结扎左侧颈总动脉后,吸入8%的氮氧混合气体2 h,制成缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)模型。随机分为5组,假手术组(A)16只,造模组(B)16只,头穴丛刺组(C)16只,环境刺激组(D)16只,头穴丛刺加环境刺激组(E)16只。治疗14天和28天后采用免疫组织化学方法对海马微管相关蛋白-2和突触素的表达进行分析。结果:海马微管相关蛋白-2和突触素的免疫组化结果显示,C、D、E组MAP-2和P38的表达在14天和28天时均高于A、B组(P<0.01),而E组与C、D组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:头穴丛刺结合环境刺激可促进HIBD后大鼠海马微管相关蛋白-2和突触素的阳性表达。
