| 摘 要： | 目的 观察奥扎格雷钠联合川芎嗪治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 将80例住院急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组给予奥扎格雷钠注射液静脉滴注;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注,1次/d,共14d,治疗结束后比较两组的临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率77.5%,治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 奥扎格雷钠联合川芎嗪治疗急性脑梗死比单用奥扎格雷钠可明显提高疗效.

The effect of Ozagrel with chuanxiongzine to cure cerebral infarction |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Ozagrel with chuanxiongzine to cure cerebral infarction. Method To devided 80 cases into two groups radomly. The control group was given ozagrel injection while the treatment group was added on chuanxiongzine injection once a day. The course was 14 days. Then compared their curative effect. Result The total effective rate was 87.5 % in the treatment group, while 77.5 % in the control group＇s. The treatment group＇s effective rat was signifficant higher. There was statistical difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Treatment of ozagrel with chuanxiongzine has higher effective rat on curing cerebral infarction. |
