36例急性心肌梗死护理流程化的应用及效果分析

目的探讨流程化护理在急性心肌梗死患者的应用及临床疗效分析，以期为急性心肌梗死患者临床护理提供借鉴，提高急性心肌梗死的生存率。方法对我院2011年4月-2013年7月心内科治疗的72例急性心肌梗死患者按照随机顺序分为观察组和对照组两组，对照组患者实行常规护理，观察组患者采用常规治疗的基础上对患者实行流程化护理。结果经治疗后观察组和对照组患者治疗后平均住院天数、临床症状缓解天数、死亡率（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论对急性心肌梗死患者实行合理有效的流程化护理。可明显缩短住院时间、迅速缓解临床症状，规范的护理工作可加强医护合作，使患者得到有效的救治等方面都能起到积极作用，值得临床广泛推广。

Application and effect analysis of nursing process of 36 cases of acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the analysis process nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction and the clinical curative effect, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction, improve the survival rate of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 72 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients in our hospital from 2011 April to 2013 July in Department of Cardiology treatment according to random divided into observation group and control group two groups, the control group routine nursing care to patients, patients in the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment in patients with the implementation process of nursing. Results After treatment, the observation group and the control group after treatment, the average days of hospitalization, clinical symptoms, mortality of （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclu- sion The implementation process of rational and effective nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction, can shorten the hospitalization time, rapidly relieve symptoms, nursing work rules can strengthen medical cooperation, so that patients receive ef- fective treatment, can play a positive role, is worthy of clinical application.
