左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察

目的：比较分析左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法：112例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例。观察组使用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统进行治疗，对照组予以去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛评分情况，临床效果及药物不良反应。结果：两组患者治疗后疼痛评分均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．05或0．01），且观察组降低幅度明显大于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组临床总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05），而药物不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫内膜异位症较去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗具有疗效好、不良反应少和疼痛缓解明显等优点，对于无生育要求的妇女是一种安全和有效的治疗方式。

Comparison of Curative Effect of Levonorgestrel Intrauterine System and Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets on the Treatment of Endometriosis

Objective： To discuss the curative effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine system and desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets on endometriosis. Methods： 112 cases of patients with endometriosis were selected and divided into the observation group and controlled group at random. The patients in the observation group were treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine system, and the patients in the controlled group were given desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets. The pain scores, clinical curative effect and drug adverse reaction （DAR） of the patients in the two groups were observed and com- pared before and after medical treatment. Results ： The pain scores of the patients in the two groups more obviously declined after the medical treatment than before （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, and the declining rate in the observation group was much higher than that in the controlled group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total clinical efficiency of patients in the observation group was much higher than that in the controlled group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the DAR occurrence rate of the observation group was much lower than that in the controlled group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Compared with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets, levonorgestrel intrauterine system had its reliable curative effect on endometriosis with less untoward effect, pain relief and other obvious advantages. It was a safe and effective treatment for women without requirement of procreation.
