| 摘 要： | 本文建立了以环己醇为内标定量测定安的宁（一种新型兽药）中山梨酸乙酯的气相色谱法。环己醇和山梨酸乙酯重量比在１～６之间，与其峰面积比呈良好线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９９）．相对标准偏差为０．０３％，变异系数为０．６８％，回收率为９３％～１０６％。

| Abstract: | A gas chromatographic method for determination of ethyl sorbate in andening─a new veternary drug─was developed with cyclohexanol as internal standard.A linear calibrative curve for the ratio of weight and area was obtained(r=0.999).The relative standard deviant is 0.03%,the coefficient of variation is 0.68%.The recovery rates are between 93% and 106%. |
