| 摘 要： | 成功地制作出晶体过敏性色素膜炎的动物模型,采用免疫胶体金银法检测了免疫复合物在眼组织的沉积,观察了晶体过敏性色素膜炎的组织病理改变。结果表明,发生晶体过敏性色素膜炎的兔眼全部显示免疫复合物在眼睫状体(尤其是睫状突部)沉积。而非炎症组兔眼无一例阳性,提示晶体过敏性色素膜炎的发病与免疫复合物在睫状体沉积有密切关系。

| Abstract: | In this study an animal model of phacoallergic uveitis ( PAU ) has been successfully developed. The deposition of immune complex ( IC ) in the eye tissue was observed by immune gold and silver method and the histophthological changes of PAU were investigated. The finding was that a great amount of IC deposited on the blood vessel wall and in the space between the ( cells ) around the blood vessels in the stroma of the cilliary processes of the 26 eyes with PAU ( 100% ) , but no IC was found in the cornea, iris, chorioidea, retina and even cilliary body itself. No deposition was found in eyes of the 11 rabbits without PAU. It is shown that the development of PAU is closely related to the deposition of IC in the cilliary processes. The immune complex type of allergy was considered to be the immuno-logical phthogenesis of PAU. |
