应用足底静脉泵预防髋部骨折病人术后下肢深静脉血栓形成体会

目的应用足底静脉泵按摩髋部骨折术后病人足底部,预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。方法对35例髋部骨折术后病人使用足底静脉泵治疗,其作用是对下肢静脉被动挤压促进血液回流,防止血液在深静脉内淤积形成栓塞。结果35例髋部骨折术后病人无一例发生深静脉血栓。结论使用足底静脉泵操作简便,缩短了住院时间,取得满意效果。
