| 摘 要： | 目的:评价肿瘤特异生长因子(TSGF)对恶性肿瘤的诊断和疗效判定价值。方法:用分光光度法测定159例多种恶性肿瘤患者血清中TSGF水平并与正常对照组进行比较,对其中41例恶性肿瘤治疗前后进行血清中TSGF检测,以判定疗效。结果:恶性肿瘤患者血清中的TSGF水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),治疗后恶性肿瘤患者血清中的TSGF的含量较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:TSGF具有较高的敏感性、特异性和广谱性,对肿瘤患者的早期诊断及疗效观察具有一定的临床应用价值。
