| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的优点。方法：选择非脱垂子宫经阴道手术20例,同期的非脱垂子宫进腹手术30例,对两者的手术时间、术中出血量和术后住院天数的差异进行分析比较。结果：阴式组的手术时间、出血量与腹式组相比差异不大,术后住院天数明显少于腹式手术组。结论：非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术是安全和有效的。
