高等护理专业学生对基础护理的认知现状及态度分析

摘    要:目的:了解高等护理专业学生对基础护理的认知情况以及对基础护理的态度,为有效提高护生的基础护理意识提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法,调查北京市某大学282名学习过《基础护理学》课程的学生对基础护理的认知现状及其对基础护理工作的态度。结果:(1)护生对基础护理概念、内涵以及护士在基础护理中职责认识还存在不足。(2)不同文化程度、是否进行毕业实习以及不同原因选择护理的学生群体之间对基础护理认知程度的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而是否是独生子女对基础护理的认知差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)不同学生群体(除是否进行毕业实习外)对基础护理的态度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(4)护生对生活护理和治疗性操作的态度存在差异(生活护理平均分为2.740±0.483;治疗性操作平均分为3.204±0.415)。(5)护生对基础护理的认知与其对基础护理的态度成正相关关系(r=0.392,P<0.01)。结论:护生对基础护理的认知不足,对基础护理的积极性不高,护生更愿意进行技术性操作而忽视生活护理,护理教育者要加强护生对基础护理认知方面的教育,提高护生对基础护理的认知,以改善其今后在临床工作中对基础护理的态度。

Analysis the cognitive and attitude of nursing students on basic nursing.

Abstract:Objective:To know the cognitive and attitude of nursing students on basic nursing,so as to improve the awemess of nursing students. Methods: 282 nursing students were investigated by questionnaire on the cognitive and attitude of basic nursing. Results : ( 1 ) The insufficient understanding of nursing students included basic nursing concept, intension and nursing responsibility. (2)There was remarkable different among different education level, graduation practice and different reasons of choosing nursing ( P 〈0.01 ). There was no sense whether only child ( P 〉 0.05 ). ( 3 ) There was no sense of different student groups on attitude of basic nursing( P 〉 0.05 ). ( 4 ) The attitude of life nursing and treatment operation of nursing students has statistical significance. (5)The cognitive and attitude of nursing students on basic nursing has negaive correlation (r = 0. 392, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The insufficient of nursing students on basic nursing was understanding , and has low initiative. So the nursing education teacher must improve the eongnitive of nursing students on basic nursing, to improve the aatitude of nursing student on basic nursing in clinical work.
