护理干预对肾移植术后患者血糖水平的影响研究

目的：探讨护理干预对肾移植术后患者血糖水平的影响。方法：采用随机分组法,将204例肾移植术后患者随机分为观察组（102例）和对照组（102例）,对照组按常规进行护理和健康教育,观察组实施护理干预。于干预后6个月调查对照组和观察组患者饮食、运动、生活习惯、掌握疾病相关知识情况,分析患者空腹及餐后2 h血糖值水平的变化。结果：观察组患者在饮食、运动、生活习惯、掌握疾病相关知识情况等方面均优于对照组,空腹及餐后2 h血糖值水平均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对肾移植术后患者实施护理干预有利于控制患者血糖水平,预防和延缓肾移植术后糖尿病的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

Study on the effect of nursing intervention on blood sugar level of renal transplantation patients

Objective: To study the effect of nursing intervention on blood sugar level of renal transplantation patients.Methods: 204 renal transplantation patients were divided into control group(n=102) and intervention group(n=102) at random.Patients in the control group only received the routine nursing care and health education,and patients in the intervention group received nursing intervention plus the routine nursing,and assessments were conducted on diet,exercise,living habits,knowledge associated with disease,and changes of fast-prandial and post-prandial two-hour blood sugar level at the end of 6th month of nursing intervention.Results: The situation of diet,exercise,living habit,knowledge associated with disease of intervention group were better than control group,and the fast-prandial and the post-prandial two-hour blood sugar level of the intervention group were lower than control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nursing intervention can contribute to controlling blood sugar level.It can prevent and delay the occurrence of PTDM,and improve the quality of life of renal transplantation patients.
