空巢老人胃镜诊疗过程中的心理分析及护理对策

目的：研究空巢老人在不同护理方式下的胃镜检查情况。方法：选择消化道内镜检查的老年患者135例,随机分为正常组、试验组、对照组,各45例。监测患者预约时、检查中、检查后的心率、血压,以及胃镜检查过程中患者的反应。结果：正常组、试验组胃镜检查情况相近,显著优于对照组,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组与正常组相比差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。预约时及检查后三组患者收缩压、舒张压、心率相比无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对照组内镜检查时收缩压及心率均有明显升高,试验组及正常组则无显著变化,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;试验组与正常组相比差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：在胃镜检查护理过程中护士给予空巢老人积极的护理,可使之更好地配合临床检查治疗,取得更好的临床疗效。

The empty nest elderly in the process of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of psychological analysis and nursing strategy

Objective： To study the empty nest elderly care in different ways gastroscopy under the circumstances. Methods ：135 elderly patients with gastrointestinal endoscopy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 45 patients in each group. To monitor the patient before the inspection, examination, examination of the heart rate, blood pressure, and patients during gastroscopy response. Results： The experimental group was close to endoscopy was significantly better than the control group ; compared with the control group there was significant difference, P 〈 0.05. Compared with the normal group the difference was not statistically significant, P 〉 0.05. Reservation and check in 3 patients systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, the difference was not statistically significant. Control group, systolic blood pressure and heart rate during endoscopy were significantly higher in the experimental group and the normal group did not change significantly compared with the control group there was significant difference, P 〈 0.01, and the normal group than in the difference was not statistically significance, P 〉0.05. Conclusion： The nursing process in gastroscopy nurses care given to active empty - nesters, can better meet the clinical examination and treatment, achieve better clinical efficacy.
