标准化的危重患者抢救流程在护师及以下人员中的应用效果研究

目的：探讨危重患者心搏、呼吸骤停的抢救流程在护师及以下的年轻护理人员中的应用效果。方法：选择2008年10月～2010年10月心搏、呼吸骤停患者58例,将应用标准化抢救流程前的29例患者设为对照组,应用标准化抢救流程后的29例患者设为观察组。对照组护理人员依据日常工作经验,配合医师抢救;观察组护理人员按照自制的标准化抢救流程,将评估、判断、通知医师、紧急处理、确认有效医嘱并执行、监测、保持舒适等抢救措施规范化,紧密配合医师抢救。比较两组患者的抢救成功率。结果：观察组应用标准化的抢救流程后,心搏、呼吸骤停的抢救成功率与对照组比较,观察组Ⅰ期复苏成功22例,对照组12例;观察组Ⅱ期复苏成功16例,对照组4例;观察组Ⅲ期复苏成功7例,对照组2例。结论：应用标准化的抢救流程提高了抢救成功率,提高了护理管理水平,提高了护理质量,减少了护理缺陷,降低了医患纠纷,获得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Study on the effect of standardized critical the rescue process used in jurenicity nurse

Objective: To explore the effect of critical patients′ fighting and rescue breathing the process by the young master and nursing staff.Methods:58 patients with heart and breathing stop from Oct·2008-Oct·2010 were divided into two groups with using shandardized rescue process,29 cases in each group.The nurses were based on everyday experience with the doctor save,nursing staff in accordance with the observation group because they bake it will be standardized process,the evaluation and assessment and the physicians,emergency treatment,confirmation of order and effective implementation,monitoring,and wait for seven regular rescue measures for normalizing the work,work closely with the doctor save him.Results: the standardized application of the rescue process,the heart,breathing and the saving rate,with the controls,the observation group of Ⅰ stage successful recovery of 22 cases,the control group of 12 cases.The observation group of the Ⅱ stage successful recovery of 16 cases,the control group were four examples.The observation group of the Ⅲ stage successful recovery were 7 cases,and control group were 2 cases.Conclusion: Use standardized rescue process of saving the success rate and increase the level of nursing management,improve the quality of care and reduce the nursing,reduced relationship,and obtained a good social and economic returns.
