乳腺癌术后患者舒适度影响因素分析及护理对策

目的：探讨乳腺癌根治术后患者舒适度的影响因素及护理对策。方法：对103例乳腺癌术后患者采取认真观察患者病情、仔细询问患者反应等方法分析患者不舒适原因,并针对原因采取相应护理措施。结果：引起乳腺癌术后患者不舒适的原因主要集中在生理、心理、社会及环境4个方面。树立正确的护理观念,为乳腺癌术后患者创造舒适环境,加强社会、心理和生理护理等多种手段可使患者舒适。结论：对乳腺癌术后患者采取舒适护理模式,可有效提高护理质量和患者的生活质量,减少护患矛盾,提高患者及家属的满意度。

Analysis the influenle factors of comfortable in patients with mastectomy modified radical and its nursing measures

Objective:To investigate the effect factors of comfort of patient after breast cancer operation and its nursing countermeasure.Methods:To analyze the uncomfortable reason of 103 patients after breast cancer operation through the methods include observing the patients′ condition earnestly and inquiring closely the patient’s response.Take the corresponding nursing measure in view of the reason.Results:Caused the patients to be comfortable through many kinds of methods include setting up the correct nursing idea,creating the comfortable environment and strengthening social,psychological and physiological nursing for the patients after breast cancer operation.Conclusion:Application of comfortable nursing in postsurgical period of modified radical mastectomy can raise the nursing quality and the patient’s quality of life,dissolve the contradiction between the nurse and patients and raise the satisfaction of the patient and their families.
