早期康复护理对脑梗死病人神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响

目的：探讨早期康复护理对急性脑梗死病人神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响。方法：将120例急性脑梗死病人随机分为对照组56例与观察组64例。对照组给予常规治疗护理;观察组在此基础上,给予早期系统康复护理。采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）对脑卒中病人神经功能缺损症状评分,采用改良Barthel指数评估病人日常生活能力（ADL）,采用脑卒中影响量表（SIS 310）评估病人生活质量。结果：出院后6个月,观察组与对照组病人NIHSS评分分别为（4.56±0.98）分和（7.42±1.15）分,差别比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组Bar-thel评分及SIS 310各项得分均显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）;观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：急性脑梗死病人进行早期康复护理可显著改善病人神经功能缺损症状,提高日常生活能力及生活质量,促进病人早日康复。

Influence of early rehabilitation nursing on neurological deficit and ability of daily life of cerebral infarction

Objective ： To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on neurological deficit and ability of daily life of cerebral infarction. Methods ： 120 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and experience group. 56 eases of control group were received routine treatment and nursing and 64 patients of experience group underwent early systemic rehabilitation nursing. NIHSS, modified barthel index and SIS 310 were used to evaluate the neurological deficit, ability of daily life and life quality. Results： NIHSS, modified barthel index and SIS 310 scores in experience group were superior to controls （P 〈0. 01 ）. The accidence of complications in experience group were much lower than in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： Early rehabilitation nursing on neurological deficit and ability of daily life of cerebral infarction can greatly improve neurological deficit, ability of daily life and life quality and promote patients recovery faster.
