心理干预对三阶梯治疗晚期癌症疼痛的影响

目的:探讨心理干预对三阶梯治疗晚期癌症患者疼痛的影响.方法:将87例晚期癌症患者随机分为干预组46例和对照组4I例.对照组单纯采用三阶梯治疗,干预组在采用三阶梯止痛的同时加心理干预,治疗结束后比较两组患者抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分及疗效.结果:干预组患者抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),止痛效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:心理干预可以明显缓解晚期癌症患者的抑郁及焦虑情绪,明显提高了三阶梯止痛的治疗效果.

Study on the effect of psychologcal intewenuon in three step ladder pain relieffor patients with later cancer.

t Objective ： Study on the effect of psychological intervention in three step ladder pain relieffor patients with later cancer. Methods ： Eighty - seven patients randomly were divided into the treatment group and control group. Both the groups received three step laddereatment. The patients of treatment group received psychologcal intevention. The patients with terminal cancer were investigated through Zungs Self - rating Depression Scale （ SDS）, Zung＇s Self- rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）. Then the outcome were analyzed statistics. Results：Compared with the control group, the total scores of SDS, SAS in the treatment group significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,while the trea：tment effect were significantly higher（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Psychological intervention in the three step ladder for cancer pain with later cancer can effectively reliefdepression,raised significantly their treatment.
