军队疗养院护士自我效能感现状及影响因素分析

目的:调查军队疗养院护士一般自我效能感现状并分析其影响因素,为提高疗养院护士个体的自我效能感,充分发挥护士潜能提供依据。方法:研究对象为军队三所疗养院在职护士。调查采用自行设计的一般人口学问卷以及一般自我效能问卷进行。结果:被调查人员共166名,完整完成问卷的163名,占98.19%。军队疗养院护士一般自我效能得分为(2.52±0.44)分,与护理本科生人群以及治疗性医院内科病房护士人群相比较得分偏低,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);护龄、职称、职务、文化程度、月收入对军队疗养院护士一般自我效能得分的影响有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:军队疗养院护士的一般自我效能得分偏低。针对护龄、职称、职务、文化程度以及收入水平等个体差异采取针对性的措施可提高自我效能。

Analysis the status and influencing factors of military sanatorium nurses self-efficacy.

Objective ： To investigate the status of military sanatorium nuses in general self - efficacy and its influencing factors. Provided the basis of impro - ring the individuals self - efficacy and play potential ability of sanatorium nurse. Methods ： The subjects were nurses in three military sanatorium. Used sef -designed demographic questionnaire and general selfefficacy questionnaire to investigate. Results ：166 nurses were surveyed, 163 nurses completed the investigation, the ratio was 95.3%. Military sanatorium nurses general self - efficacy score was （2.52 ± 0.44 ）, comparing the undergraduate nursing students group and hospital medical ward nurses group lower scores, statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The age, title, position, education level, monthly income on the military sanatorium nurses, the impact of general self - efficacy scores was statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： General selfeffieaey scores of military sanatorium nurses is low. For individual differences in nursing age, title, position, education level, income level and take appropri -ate measures to raise self-efficacy.
