| 摘 要： | [目的]优选丹黄消炎膏的最佳提取工艺。[方法]通过L9(34)正交实验,以丹黄消炎膏的提取干膏率及其中绿原酸含量的综合评价为指标,确定最佳提取工艺。[结果]最佳提取工艺为药材加10倍量水,提取3次,每次2 h。[结论]优选得到的提取工艺稳定可行。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the best extraction process of Danhuang Xiaoyan ointment.[Methods] Using the orthogonal design with L9(34) the best extraction technology was determined by the indexes of the rate of extraction of dry extract and content of chlorogenic acid of Danhuang Xiaoyan ointment.[Results] The optimum conditions for the extraction were: 10 times of water volume was added.Extraction was 3 times and each time was 2 hours.[Conclusion] The optimized extraction process is stable ad feasible. |
