| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨风险管理方法在老年患者浅静脉留置针护理中的实施效果。方法：根据护理风险管理方法程序,找出静脉留置针护理中常见的风险种类,制定护理对策及标准。比较实施风险管理前后常见风险种类的发生情况。结果：实施风险管理后脱出、堵塞、静脉炎、皮下血肿、输液渗漏、回血凝聚回输的发生情况低于风险管理实施前,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：风险管理方法在静脉留置针护理中是非常重要的,可确保老年患者在使用静脉留置针过程中的安全,延长静脉留置针的使用寿命,保证老年患者的输液质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the implementation effect of risk management of nursing superficial vein catheter in elderly patients.Methods: Nursing risk management procedures in accordance,to identify the common risk types of care in intravenous catheter,development of nursing strategy and standards.Results: After implemented risk management,the risk incidence were lower than before(P<0.05).Conclusion: Risk management in intravenous catheter care is very important to ensure that elderly patients in the process of using the intravenous catheter safety,extend the service life of intravenous catheter,to ensure the quality of the elderly patients’ infusion. |
