痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效研究

目的:观察痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将62例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,两组均给予阿奇霉素治疗7天,在此基础上观察组另加痰热清注射液治疗。结果:观察组在退热时间、咳痰喘消失时间、肺部体征消失时间、住院天数均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.55%,对照组有效率为77.42%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复发率观察组(2.94%)明显低于对照组(12.90%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组无明显的不良反应发现。结论:痰热清注射液是治疗小儿支气管肺炎有效而安全的药物。

Study on the clinical curative effect of tanreqing injection in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children

Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of tanreqing injection in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods:62 children with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into observation group(n=31) and control group(n=31). Two groups received azithromycin for 7 days. In addition, the observation group was given tanreqing injection for 7 days. Results:There was significantly difference between two groups in duration of fever and disappearing time of cough,expectoration,asthma,pulmonary rattle and consolidation as well as hospital day (P<0.05). The total rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (93.55% vs 77.42%,P<0.05). The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(2.94% vs 12.90%,P<0.05),and tanreqing injection had few side effects. Conclusion:Tanreqing injection is effective and safe to treat bronchopneumonia of children.
